Our Guidelines

Our clients safety is paramount to us, therefore we have the following guidelines in place to ensure your safe visit here at ForeverYoung.

1. A text will be sent out the day before remind you of your appointment
2. When you arrive at your appointment please text the ForeverYoung Team to let us know that you have arrived. A member of our team will then let you in
3. You will be guided straight into the massage room to get ready for your treatment
4. Once in the room please put clothes in the grey basket provided
5. Once on the table let us know you are ready
6. PPE will be worn by all members of staff at all times
7. After your massage the option of using card as payment is available
8. When leaving your massage you will be taken to the door by a member of the ForeverYoung Team and let out
9. Antibacterial hand gel is available throughout the duration of the massage visit
10. As much as possible the PAs and myself will be keeping 2M distances
11. As standard all towels will be washed in between clients and floors will be mopped and the bed will be wiped
12. If needed hair bobbles will be provided in the basket. The bobbles will be fresh and new and please take it with you when leaving
13. We will be regularly keeping up to date with any changes from the both the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) and government websites and adjusting our guidelines accordingly
14. All staff have carried out C19 awareness training
15. If on the day of your appointment you feel unwell or have a temperature please contact us to reschedule your appointment
